Welcome to Bohemia Bay Yacht Harbour
Bohemia Bay Yacht Harbour is one of northeast Maryland’s finest marinas. Located on the Bohemia River just south of Chesapeake City, MD, Bohemia Bay offers easy access to both the northern Chesapeake Bay as well its major tributaries including the Chesapeake and Delaware (C&D) Canal and the Sassafras and Elk Rivers.
Bohemia Bay is a family oriented facility that offers many opportunities for both fun and relaxation. Our goal is to ensure that your experience both on and off the water is truly memorable. To that end, we constantly strive to meet or exceed expectations and are always open to suggestions on how to serve our boating friends better.
The design of Bohemia Bay satisfies the needs of today’s active boating families. Here you will enjoy all the amenities of a full service, modern marina resort.
Distinguishing Bohemia Bay from most other marinas around the northern Chesapeake Bay is the fact that we offer condominium slips, slips you actually own, as well as slips you rent.
We believe we have set a standard of excellence by which other marinas are judged and encourage you to consider Bohemia Bay when looking for a new marina home. Contact us today!

Bohemia Bay from Air and Sea
Back in 2015 a retired couple and friend of Bohemia Bay Yacht Harbour recorded this brief video which offers a glimpse of our marina from both air and sea. This couple maintains the “Vagabond Epicurean” YouTube channel.
This video highlights the overall layout of our marina, particularly the approach from the Bohemia River. Although we have made numerous improvements since 2015, what both slip owners and renters truly rave about are our amenities.
Bohemia Bay Virtual Visit
Bohemia Bay Yacht Harbour’s impeccably maintained property covers numerous acres, much of it wooded. The remainder is devoted to all sorts of recreational activities, slips, moorings and mechanical shops.
To get a better appreciation for all we have to offer, we suggest that you make a virtual visit by viewing our gallery.
Powerboats
Bohemia Bay is home to all types of powerboats ranging from bowriders to sedan bridges and everything in between. While their capabilities reflect an owner’s interests, one thing all owner’s share is their love of boating on the Bohemia River and far beyond. Consider buying a slip.
Nature and Recreation
Bohemia Bay offers more than just great access to the Bohemia River. Our marina is situated on the far side of a large wooded area which is also part of our property. In fact, upon entering our property you must still travel another 3/4 of a mile before our slips come into sight. Consider scheduling a visit.
Sailboats
Bohemia Bay is home to a large number of sailing vessels. This is probably due to the somewhat sheltered nature of the Bohemia River and our marina itself. Of course, more sailing vessels means more opportunity to learn from others who share your passion. Consider renting a slip.
